美國加州南帕薩迪納(South Pasadena)35歲男安德烈斯安(Aramazd Andressian Sr.)為了報復分居的妻子，帶5歲兒子前往迪士尼樂園後殺害，原本否認罪行的他本月初終於認罪，23日依一級謀殺控罪被判坐牢25年至終身。
警方調查發現，被告因為與分居的妻子埃斯特韋斯(Ana Estevez)在離婚與監護權等問題常發生爭執，便花了近3個月的時間進行策畫，要殺死兒子作為報復。5歲的小安德烈斯安(Aramazd Andressian Jr)4月21日與父親一同去迪士尼樂園遊玩後，便被載到卡楚馬湖(Lake Cachuma)附近殺害，他被爸爸用外套給活活悶死，死後棄屍在灌木叢中。
失蹤多日的小孩遺體，最後神奇地在1日開庭時找到，這讓一直否認罪行的安德烈斯安終於認罪，埃斯特韋斯在法庭上泣訴被告不但是一個失敗的父親，也是失敗的男人和人類，詛咒他在微不足道的餘生中，每天都要再體驗一次寶貝兒子被謀殺的場景。
